Hello backers!
The next steps to The Howl of the Chimeras fulfillment are coming. In this update you have information regarding the state of the project and what is going to happen next.
PLEDGE MANAGER WILL OPEN SOON
In parallel to the editorial work (the translation continues apace), the Pledge Manager is set. During the pledge manager you will be able to:
- Improve your pledge.
- Get add-ons.
- Add your shipping address.
- Pay the shipping cost.
Everything seems OK. All internal tests have been passed. But before Pledge Manager opens, there is a last test we have to do to be sure that everything works correctly: the smoke test.
SMOKE TEST IS RUNNING NOW
The Smoke Test has started today.
This is a final blind test in which a small percentage of random backers get an invitation to the Pledge Manager. These backers are responding the surveys and completing their pledge manager as normal.
All issue reported, and anything that is not easy to understand will be compiled and corrected before sending the invitation to the rest of backers. Your help will be much appreciated.
Then, everything will be ready and the Pledge Manager will be definitely open for everyone.
If you received a survey invitation email, please enter the Pledge Manager and complete all steps as soon as possible. In case you detect something wrong in any step, please email us to [email protected]. We will try to solve it immediately. Thank you for your feedback. Is very helpful!
If you did not received a survey invitation, don not worry. It is just you are not part of the Smoke Test (please check you inbox, spam, promotions folders just in case).
The Smoke Test will be conduced until next Monday. After that, if everything goes well, the Pledge Manager and Late Pledges will open.

Los próximos pasos para completar El Aullido de las Quimeras están por llegar. En esta actualización, tienes información sobre el estado del proyecto y lo que sucederá a continuación.
EL PLEDGE MANAGER SE ABRIRÁ PRONTO
En paralelo al trabajo editorial (la traducción continúa a buen ritmo), se ha configurado el Pledge Manager. Durante este periodo podrás completar tu aportación, pudiendo:
- Mejorar tu aportación.
- Conseguir add-ons (complementos).
- Añadir tu dirección de envío.
- Pagar el coste del envío.
Todo parece estar bien en la plataforma. Se han superado todas las pruebas internas. Pero antes de que se abra definitivamente, hay una última prueba que tenemos que hacer para asegurarnos de que todo funciona correctamente: el Smoke Test.
EL SMOKE TEST ESTÁ EN MARCHA AHORA
Ha comenzado hoy.
Se trata de una prueba final a ciegas en la que un pequeño porcentaje de mecenas elegidos aleatoriamente reciben una invitación al Pledge Manager. Estos mecenas están responderán las encuestas y completando su aportación de forma normal.
Todos los problemas que nos comuniquen, y cualquier cosa que no sea fácil de entender, serán recopilados y corregidos antes de enviar la invitación al resto de mecenas. Vuestra ayuda será muy apreciada.
Entonces, cuando todo esté y el Pledge Manager se abrirá definitivamente para todos.
Si has recibido un correo electrónico de invitación, usa el enlace para entrar al Pledge Manager y completa todos los pasos lo antes posible. En caso de que detectes algo incorrecto en algún paso, por favor envíanos un correo electrónico a [email protected]. Intentaremos resolverlo de inmediato. ¡Gracias por vuestra ayuda! Nos es muy útil.
Si no recibiste el email de invitación, no te preocupes. No eres parte del Smoke Test (de todas formas, comprueba tu bandeja de entrada, correo no deseado y carpetas de promociones por si acaso).
El Smoke Test se llevará a cabo hasta el próximo lunes. Después de eso, si todo va bien, se abrirán el Pledge Manager de Promesas.
